Suck it world. Pittsburgh rips.

much props goes out to Justin Funk, Zach, Drew, Doug, Benny, Addison, Austin, Nick and everyone else who was a part of the video. Much deserved award here. Woooooo

you're a slacker McFly

I know I've been slacking on this shit for a second, but what can you do?

Henry's got a little blurb up on this blog. Gives his favorite songs used in skate videos. Peep or Weep!

A VISUAL SOUND BLOGGGGG

The Funke's (Funks) have been busy putting the finishing touches on Bowls and Butler, Bottles of Butter, BOOOOLTS and BUTTAH, and some of the leftovers (or perhaps some original content) has been making its way onto OneUp's site

That's all I got for now. Hit me up if you've got some astounding news to share.

just a little bit

Mike Hickey has returned to the Burgh from Philly, which means you'll probably see him bopping around the city on his skateboard or otherwise. It also means there might be new additions to his "corner" on the HBS site.

A new teaser for Bolts and Buttah is up on the HC Crew site along with a little montage of them skating the Funk ramp. Them boys is good, like really good, like really really good. Anyway, check that shit out when you have a moment.

The new issue of Skateboarder Magazine has an excellent Pittsburgh skate photo from Aaron Lenk over the Intro, plus Fred Gall has the cover and an interview and there's an interview with Dan Wolfe regarding Eastern Exposure; what more could you want? Check it out.

That's it for now.

medic medic, self esteem down, we need anti depressants stat

well well well. a nice little sunday came and went. buddy man rob starr is in town so we skated negley last night and b cubed today. neither rob nor I have been to the cubed in over a year so going there was a nice refresher as to why we haven't been there in a year. 12 dollars for a pile of waxed floor dirt, masonite boogers, black hands, and preteens kickflipping into more tricks than I can ollie into (and post teens too, i suppose). jesus h christ. even though i'm salty about giving my money away like that and kind of bitter about the whole thing, it was a pretty big eye opener. i knew these motherfuckers were good but god damn.

not bcubed, but you get the idea

exhibit B

7 plys of love is now available at skateshops and also from their website. the video is ridiculously good. I am pretty against the idea of paying $15 for a posse video, but the way I see it if the kids in the posse are "laying it down" like these guys are, then it's definitely okay.
