the blank skate mag has launched and features interviews from Dave Kaule and Steve D among others. Worth a peep for sure.

Mr. Plunkett's got some footage here. Not from Pittsburgh, but he reps Traffic and Directon East, plus he's sick.

I'm gonna get the ball rolling on some things here right quick.

Blank Skate Mag, Henry's "Out of the Blue," and a random Youtube Link

Jeff and the boys at Blank are getting the ball rolling on their latest endeavor, the Blank Skate Mag. This will be similar to the first issue they released over a year ago, only in an online format. The mag needs contributing photographers, editors and what have you. Hit them up and get yourself some padding for that portfolio.

News?

Triad is being reincarnated in the form of a clothing company. Dave is looking to assemble a small team of riders to represent triad. Triad is also looking for some people to contribute artwork and designs. Go here for more information.

Skate Jam, Kenny Bloggins

On Saturday August 25th, OneUp will be hosting a skate jam on Emerson Street, two blocks away from the shop. The event will feature ramps from the Redbull Manny Mania, all the Red Bull your little tummies can handle, and, of course, a lot of local rippage. There will be a best trick contest with prizes to be announced. Festivities start at 5:30 and continue on at least until sundown after which there will be a video premiere for Listen Skateboards "Viajeros Locos," in addition to various degrees of untold debauchery. Be there.

Demo days

Blank Skate Supply will be hosting a demo by 1031 skateboards on August 6th @ 2PM. Check their site or the flyer for more info

Blank skate supply out der in natrona is having a "skate for the cure" (multiple sclerosis) event next friday (March, 23rd) so feel inclined go there and make a deposit on some good karma by skating their new set up. There's also some free food, so it sounds like a win win win experience to me.
