I'm obviously out of the loop since I don't live in the Burgh any more, but does anybody know about this spot? It's under the South Millvale Bridge along the busway. Potential foundation spot?

we've looked at that spot for building for a while, however with the service road next to it with cops always going by. we thought it would be hard to get stuff down there with out cops noticing. Plus a friend told us that UPMC (or someone, i forget) is wanting to build a road back there connecting it to a parking garage. Its a perfect spot for stuff though. - The Outlaw Collective
