Some Words from Andy Fetzko

I was hoping Andy would win the little poll I had going a bit ago. He's one of the funniest, most energetic, unique people I've ever met. You get him going and your sides will ache for a week straight from how much you'll laugh. So, I got an interview in the works from Mr. Fetzko and I'm positive that it will be amazing.

"Lately I've been running around like a cat trying to bury shit on a marble floor. We have the Hookah blasting, graffitti loving and all around out of their mind shredders Natural Koncepts coming to town for a demo. This crew is like Zero on shrooms. Check out the NK video! These rippers hate how much they're loving skateboarding. I'm actually looking forward to this demo. It's their final stop on tour and from my experiences the last stop is usually the blow-out.

There are so many skaters now on the south-side it's like 1996 all over again. We got rippers, trippers, and surf boys on long boards. It's nuts. I hope gas goes to $20 a gallon. Even my old man will be rolling to court on a long board.

Bring on my interview I don't know why you want an interview from me? I'm not cool anymore. I'm not going to tell everyone how I smoke blunts and come from the streets and keep it "real." I'm just some old ass, half cripple that used to rip back in the day and started a skate shop because I couldn't bring myself to put a noose around my neck and swing a box to work everyday. I don't make money because there is no money in skating unless you're sitting at the very top. The Head Board Shop on the other hand is the real deal and it is because every ripper, every skate shop owner, everyone who ever was someone in skating in the PGH came through its doors including your own ass there, Dan Webster. So put together you questions and maybe I'll do a chinese ollie or some ho-ho plants in my jams for you." - Andy Fetzko
