Red Bull is proud to present THE RED BULL JERSEY BARRIERS CONTEST where 12 of the East Coast’s most prominent skateshops are given their own custom made Jersey Barrier to film, gather and post footage of their team riders, friends, family, visiting pros and couch touring vagabond skaters sessioning the barrier.
New clips will be uploaded to the website WWW.REDBULLJERSEYBARRIERS.COM constantly. Shops are encouraged to post new footage as often as they like, so be sure to keep checking back.
Your vote counts. Vote as much as you like for your favorite clip. The clips with the most votes can be
seen on the Top 5 page, which is updating constantly. The Top 5 clips at the end of the summer will be watched and voted on by the Red Bull Skate Team and they will pick the winning clip. For best clip the skater wins $1000, the filmer/editor wins $1000 and the shop he rides for will also earn $1000. Winners will be announced October 1st 2008.
So if you live anywhere near any of the 12 shops involved and you got something for the barrier, hit the shop up and ask to film a trick. Who knows? It could be you that wins $1000.
