not a lot of skateboarding going on that I know about. Late night sessions at negley in gardening gloves and a lot of ruthlessly unforgiving slams on frozen concrete are all I know about these days. Jerry and I might go to Home Depot today. I don't know. I don't know if we'll have enough time. Regardless, we're building a grindbox that can fit in his back seat so we can have something to skate other than flatground or the mannual pad at Negley when mother earth has 'that time of the year.' Maybe we'll get our design patented and make millions of dollars. I'm thinking a good company name might be 'munchonmai' or maybe 'old greasy' grindboxes. sounds like an interesting business venture. we could even market custom designs, like how they used to print half nekked girls on griptape, only we could do it on grindables. Who's in?
apparently the lakai video isn't due out till April. I heard that everything was done, but they're waiting on music rights. the habitat video is also supposed to come out this year so who knows? I've also heard one of the bigger shoe companies is going to be shitting the bed in the coming year. On a completely unrelated note, I also heard Jerry Hsu is on Emerica.
City video has been mind boggling so far. the first two parts were just ridiculous. It never clicked for me that Dave Bachinsky was the guy who kickflipped El Toro. You can appreciate the knee explosion factor on that little endeavor even if you're not a staircounter.
Well I'm at work. SO technically I'm getting paid to do this. Yeah it's pretty nice.
